 What is a Cosmic Nanny?

I was a professional Nanny for the majority of my life (early teens +). I found this calling early in life. I have always felt drawn to caring for others, especially children. Children remind us not to take anything for granted. It has always made my heart glow to work with children and adults who continue to feel and communicate their interactions with the Divine through spreading joy, love and an awesome sense of wonder for each moment.


I am called a Cosmic Nanny because through out my life I have always taken care of others and have felt “different” enough to always feel I was more of an active observer. By participating gently I teach responsibility, offering a helping hand and safety net when needed or asked for, always participating through consent and desire to understand. There to catch you when you fall but more of a loving presence so you feel safe to explore and learn; to make mistakes and know how to learn from them (so karma doesn’t keep you in repeat mode). Gratitude and responsibility are essential lessons for growth. It is only as hard to learn as you make it.


I have often felt that my greatest strength and greatest weakness is my desire to help. In learning how to help through grace and consent I have been able to commit myself to it being a strength and learning the difference so as not to deplete my energy on relationships that don’t serve the ‘highest good’ for all. To always come from a place of love, never fear.


I believe we all have the power of consequences and the power to motivate. Choose Love, it is the True Source and The Way. It is our responsibility to use that ‘power’ to help all others, not just ourselves. We need to acknowledge that ‘we are all one’ and should strive to embody the ‘kindness’ inherent in the word ‘humankind’. 


We, ALL humankind, are the Chosen people. US vs. THEM is an illusion created by fear.


Expand your vision and see how we are more the same than different. Pray that the ‘slings and arrows’ of life turn into harmless bubbles and flowers. We can manifest the change we need to see in the world. Be brave and stand up for those still shrouded by fear and in the grip of illusion. Life is what it you make it. Mindset is a powerful tool and muscle we all have and should develop.


Realize that each ‘Other’ is a manifestation of the Divine. God has no grandchildren, only children. We are Love manifest, because God is Love and we are made in the image of God. Each life is as vivid and complex as your own. Allow yourself a clearer understanding of the natural world for this allows you a clearer understanding of yourself.


The acquisition of knowledge and developmental growth nurtures your soul and your soul-connection to all life forms. Life is about the development of the whole which include self and the ‘Other’. Remember we are all one, and like the butterfly 🦋 effect every action has a reaction, everything you do affects the Other. 


Whether you allow yourself to know this in every moment, demonstrates your place on the path to enlightenment.


Be grateful for this interdependence. The awareness of the Other allows you to step outside of your mind and into the universal Love that is our soul, our Divine inheritance. 


It releases the weight of self-doubt and exposes the negative inner monologue to what it is, a consumerist illusion of scarcity. The Universe is ever expanding, how can it be anything but abundant? 


Interdependence is what creates a peaceful secure person. Know that your ability to ask for help is a strength and allows others to care for you and connect to you with faith, trust and love. Everyone wants to be seen and feel needed.


Expose yourself to the elemental power embodied in the forces of nature. 


We are all one, find joy in every moment and it will be yours. 

Do not be a Seeker, be a Finder. 

Manifest success.


Everything is interconnected and relates to each Other. Work at your own pace, allow yourself to absorb the moment. The all encompassing lesson of cosmic education is to be willing to learn how to learn. 


Learn from each other, know you are enough. Know that all people and subjects are interconnected and it is our honor and duty to care for each Other.


This is the way of the Cosmic Nanny. Honor yourself and the Other. 🙏✨🕊

Evil

 Evil cannot touch you unless you let it. This is a hard concept to swallow, especially when we consider all the things that happen that we do not deserve. And yet it is the fear based mindset that allows the most fertile ground for evil to take root.  When you think of the story of the fall of angels you recognize the fact that a major part of the war was based on lack of free will. There were angels who became jealous of the humans inherent free will which is not part of their make up. God asked its first born, the angels, to care for and serve the weaker younger creation, humans. This is mirrored in our own societies in sibling rivalries. For which the eldest resents the changes the newer offspring enact to their existence. Again, it is not that the angels no longer loved God it is that they began to feel less than. Yogananda and self realization

 When I was little my Mother used to bring me and my siblings to the Malibu location of Yogananda’s Self Realization center. I loved going because I felt the magic there. As a little girl I would dance around the place with the spirits and rainbows never truly aware of how real it all was. It was such a beautiful and serene place, but I hated it when the quiet old man in orange would start following me around. I would complain to my Mother that we were being followed. That an old man in orange would come up close to me nodding his head with his palms skyward looking deeply into my eyes and ask me questions. Sometimes I would answer his questions, which were mostly about if I knew who he was and where I was from. Each visit, which were many seeing as we were poor and spiritual. And we’re always doing activities that didn’t cost money like going to the beach, hiking, visiting gardens and spiritual centers.
