Where do you live? The energy of Love

Image
I am more comfortable with this ‘Our Father’ translated directly from Aramaic to English without gender biases inherent in translations from Greek and Latin (romantic languages full of religious and patriarchal bias) It is beautiful and ‘New Age’-y More energy based without dogmatic bias This is from the book The Path of Prayer by Sophy Burnham an active and vibrant Reiki Master and Spiritual Coach. I love this translation in that it tries to accommodate for the inclusion and awareness that Aramaic is a language of subtleties. And since this prayer originally came down to us through many interpretations and cultural biases we don’t necessarily know the true words originally given or their true illustrative meaning.  I love learning that in Aramaic there exist nuances in which “heaven” means the Universe, “kingdom” is more relatable to Great Mother awareness and “daily bread” derives from the roots for the Divine Feminine or Holy Wisdom (ie Sophia). Surviving Pain

To the Heartbroken  I see you you are surviving pain And yet you are more than a survivor You deserve to be celebrated Your pain is in the past, let it sleep For though it will always be just a memory away,  Do not live there It can only hurt you for as long as you hold on to it You deserve more than suffering You deserve to Celebrate life You deserve to live in joy Though sorrows come, they also go The only constant is where you choose to place your mind in each moment Your life is worthy of the challenge The past few years have been difficult Most of us have experienced loss Which may include a loss of our understanding what the meaning of life is Do not give in to despair Life is worthy of celebration Find ways to celebrate You deserve to live with joy Loss is hard, yet it is necessary to let go I still find reasons to cry each day But I know, as science has taught us, Energy can neither be created or destroyed We are energy Therefore every goodbye is just a transiti...

It was the human words, the biased interpretations that hurt and confused me. God-Source is love. Therefore we are asked only to live mindfully so as to become refreshed and more understanding. To live lives of compassion solidly placed in tolerance, happiness, understanding and love. This is Christ-consciousness. We light our own candle so that we might help others light theirs. Jesus was an enlightened great son of humanity in deep connection with his God-spark which is our sacred heart and channel to the divine true Source God has no grandchildren only children. This encompasses all of humanity. We are God’s Consciousness ...
